Executive Coach & Leadership Consultant Roberta Riga presents:
An exclusive & experiential 2-day/2-night executive retreat to empower women leaders to create maximum impact for business and personal success
Learn from Olympic champions, VCs & seasoned execs to play big & achieve new heights! Network with a community of dynamic leaders!
GOAL AND INTENTION:
Targeting the dynamic intersection of personal and professional development, this POWER Retreat offers a highly experiential context for executive women to tap into deeper aspects of being, leading, and how we show up in the world. In relationship with others we will focus on skills to cultivate, integrate and realize personal and professional potential in business and everyday life.
WE WILL EXPLORE QUESTIONS SUCH AS:
- What if it was possible to lead successfully in both a demanding executive role and in managing our personal lives? We will learn to effectively navigate those tensions and expectations between aspects of “being a successful leader“ and “being a successful women”, and examine how we (re)define success.
- What would we experience if we dropped some typical response patterns that hold us back from playing big, being bold and taking a stand for ourselves? We will explore identity, beliefs and our own limitations such as perfectionism and self judgment, to learn how to build “resilience,” harness our innate wisdom and power to engage more fully, authentically and wholeheartedly as we lead ourselves and others.
- What if we needed to change the way we think and relate to ourselves as the fundamental creative force of our own power instead of expecting others to change first or validate us from the outside? We will explore what’s possible as we move from passivity or being a victim of circumstance to being an active, empowered player in shaping and driving our business, our lives, and our world.
Increased leadership capacity, greater resilience, clarity of personal and professional goals, enhanced skills and a support network to fully realize your goals.
